I am deeply saddened to see that this place eventually decided to stop operating this year. Me and my girlfriend love coming here because their food and drinks were very tasty. The staff were also friendly and helpful. They never forget to put a smile in their face. As far as I remember, I first came here around 2015. That was the time when Squat and Gobble had many locations in San Francisco. The food was always good. In 2021, I met my wonderful girlfriend and introduced her this wonderful restaurant. She loved ordering the Salmon Rigatoni. Me on the other hand, love to try different delicacies from the menu. The food and the service never disappointed us. The place was also very neat. Regardless of the management decision to stop serving from this location, this restaurant will always have a place in my heart. I hope all their staff will find another place to work.

I had pretty high expectations for this place, but unfortunately, the food was average. However, I thought the potatoes were done great- super crispy yet fluffy inside! They do a really cute back patio area! I thought the other food could use a little bit more flavor and seasoning.

Came here for my wife's birthday brunch per a recommendation from a friend. Overall pretty good. Cute vibe with fun outdoor seating in the back which is where we enjoyed our meal. Staff is friendly and accommodated our large group. Food is solid with tons of options that serve as a double edged sword: nice to have options but also a bit paralyzing when up at the counter ordering. Don Moi scrambler (pictured) was good, the potatoes were amazing and perfectly seasoned. Think I might try a different place before coming back, but a great group bunch place regardless!

I had heard good things and wanted to try for a while - glad I did. Four stars but the staff were so kind! I had come from a big breakfast, so for lunch I just ordered the avocado toast. It was yummy and creamy but nothing over the top. Other dishes looked yummy but is pretty straightforward - seems like it would be a consistent and basic breakfast option. The back patio was so cute and quaint and there was plenty of seating. It's covered so even though it was raining we were kept dry! Glad I tried it but probably wouldn't choose to come back over trying something else new.

I've ordered takeout from here twice and it's been delicious both times. Their house potatoes are some of the best I've had, with the perfect level of crisp and flavor. I got the croissant sandwich the first time and it was so filling and packed with scrambled egg, ham, and cheese. The egg felt a little overpowering at times but still enjoyable, I probably just needed a bigger appetite. The next time I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was so good, I am definitely going to be back for this sandwich. The chicken was also the perfect level of crisp, and the sandwich was so flavorful with the chipotle aioli and coleslaw type of sauce. It was also a huge portion, each half was basically the size of one fried chicken sandwich from somewhere like chick fil a. I was also able to sub the fries for house potatoes which I was excited about since they were delicious last time. My only complaint about this place is that it is on the pricey side, each of these dishes were about $20 but at the same time it is pretty in line with SF prices and the portions are huge so you get what you pay for -- each time I've ordered from here, the food is enough for two meals. Their online ordering is pretty seamless, the only thing is the default ready time is like 40 min after ordering which is pretty long to me

I was craving both sweet and savory breakfast items one day, so we went here on a Saturday around 3:30pm and there was no wait! There were also a lot of empty tables too. Then we tried to order from the menu on the wall, but it was a little confusing. I felt the pancakes and waffle section was a little confusing because it only named the toppings. We got the Banana, Strawberries, Nutella pancakes for something sweet and also The Hangover crepe for something savory. Anyways, when the food came, I liked how stuffed and big everything looked! I did not expect the pancakes to have 4 pieces of pancakes in the stack, but I'm glad it did since it was very tasty and filling. The fruits also tasted fresh and sweet too. The Hangover crepe was good too and it came with a side of roasted potatoes. The crepe also contained bacon, eggs, onions, and eggs inside which was perfect for my savory food craving at that moment. I'd recommend this place! All the food tasted good and I liked how the fruits that my pancakes came with were sweet and not sour.
